Again, please be as detailed as possible with your email request...this includes quantities, date needed by, design elements (pictures/sketches of samples are appreciated and recommended!), colors (be specific!!), apparel item(s), glitter or non glitter design elements, etc.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone including but not limited to:

- unavailability of need by date
- unavailability or back order of supplies that would not allow us to complete the order by need by date.
- any person, school or company that has ordered from us before that resulted in non-payment or untimely payment or non-communication.
